  • All services rendered by AddMax Business Services Private Limited are subject to applicable fees as communicated in writing or via our website.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
  • We reserve the right to revise service charges at any time. Any such changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect ongoing services unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients may use these materials only for their own business setup and related compliance purposes. Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • AddMax Business Services Private Limited shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the services, including loss of business, data, or profits.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the particular service in dispute.
